Affiliate program terms

In plain terms: you spread the word about Pausitive, you earn a commission on the subscriptions you bring in, and we pay you on request. Here are the rules, the simple version.

1. Who can take part

Any individual or company with a relevant audience or activity, once their application is approved by CALDREN, the publisher of Pausitive.

2. Your commission

You earn the agreed percentage of the net revenue of each subscription taken out through your code: the price paid, minus Apple/Google's share and taxes. On the first payment and on renewals, for as long as the subscriber stays. Nothing on free trial periods.

3. 30-day validation

Each commission is validated 30 days after the sale (the time for any refunds to go through). A refund before then: the commission is cancelled. After: it's deducted from your next earnings. You only receive what's validated, never a bad surprise.

4. Payment

You request your transfer from your partner dashboard, once your IBAN is set. If you're liable for it, you issue an invoice. Your tax and social security obligations remain your own.

5. What you commit to

Promote Pausitive honestly, in keeping with the spirit of the brand.
Never make any medical or "cure" promise. Pausitive supports, it does not treat.
Disclose that it's a partnership (a "paid partnership" label / #ad), as the law requires.
No spam, no misleading advertising, no self-referral, and no fraud.
Respect the brand, the character Cap, and the visuals (promotional use only).

6. Freedom on both sides

The partnership is non-exclusive: you can promote other things. You can stop whenever you want, with no notice. For its part, CALDREN can end the partnership with reasonable notice, or immediately in the event of serious misconduct (fraud, health claims). Commissions already validated before it ends remain owed to you.

7. The framework

You act as an independent contractor: not an employee, not a sales agent, not a representative, and with no power to bind CALDREN. The "Pausitive" brand and the "Cap" character remain the property of CALDREN. Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. All of this is governed by French law.
